The fully automatic eddy current cleaning machine adopts a bubbling water bath cleaning method, suitable for cleaning various fruits, vegetables (fresh vegetables, pickled vegetables, cleaned vegetables, and mushroom vegetables), aquatic products, and medicinal materials. It can be customized according to production volume. The equipment is made of stainless steel, meeting food hygiene standards. The equipment is equipped with a bubble generation device, which enables the material to be in a tumbling state to remove dust, sediment, and surface pesticide residues. The entire equipment is made of stainless steel plates, which are rust-resistant and durable. It combines the advantages of bubbling cleaning and cyclone cleaning. Based on traditional cyclone cleaning, the design of bubbling cleaning is added, with a high-pressure air injection tube arranged at the bottom of the tank to eliminate the clumping phenomenon that occurs when cleaning uncut vegetables with traditional cyclone cleaning machines. High-pressure bubbling can separate clumped vegetables, solving the embarrassing drawback of pure cyclone cleaning machines that can only clean cut materials. The exhaust pipe is equipped with a pressure relief valve to adjust the bubble intensity when cleaning different materials. It adopts dual clean and flipping cleaning + high-pressure adjustable bubble vibration cleaning, which can easily handle both whole vegetables and cut sections and shredded vegetables. During the working process, the filtered water is pumped back into the main tank through a circulating water pump, achieving water recycling. The upper part of the spray pipe is always supplied with water, gradually replacing the sewage in the water tank, which saves energy and is environmentally friendly and hygienic.
