Standard Process Flow

● Reception & Sorting: Manual or automatic sorting to remove defective fruits.

● Washing & Rinsing: Thorough cleaning in a bubble or spray washer.

● Crushing (Optional): Pre-crushing for certain fruits to prepare for pitting.

● Automatic Pitting/Destoning: Core step to remove stones (pits) efficiently.

● Pulping & Refining: The fruit flesh is separated from skin and seeds, then refined to the desired consistency.

● Buffer & (Optional) Sterilization: Puree is held for direct packaging or undergoes mild pasteurization for aseptic filling.
