Main structure principle

By the motor, coupling, pump and the base of four parts,Pump power using Y series three-phase asynchronous motor. Coupling with the pump with a claw type flexible coupling. Pump comprises a pump shell, a hollow shaft, universal joint rotates about the axis, screw and bushing and shaft seal device and a material outlet, the section of the screw round, the surface is double helical surface.

Screw pump is a positive displacement pump, Its main working part is the screw of the eccentric screw (called the rotor) and the inner surface of the screw bushing (called the stator).    

Its working principle is: when the motor drives the pump rotation, the screw on the one hand, the axis of rotation, on the other hand, it is along the inner surface of the liner, so the formation of the pump seal chamber.Every turn of the screw every week, the liquid in the sealing cavity forward to promote a pitch, with the continuous rotation of the screw, the liquid in the spiral form from a sealed chamber to another seal cavity, and finally squeezed out of the pump body.
