Dry-type Garlic Peeling Machine -- Motor-Powered
The dry-type garlic peeling machine is driven by a motor. During processing, it uses a belt pulley speed variation transmission system to rotate the main shaft of the silicone rubber plate. The garlic cloves are subjected to an instantaneous centrifugal flexible squeezing and rubbing within the gap between the silicone rubber plate and the upper silicone rubber tapered disc, achieving garlic peeling. By adjusting the gap between the silicone rubber plate and the silicone rubber tapered disc, the machine achieves an optimal peeling effect with a peeling efficiency of over 95%. The external exhaust fan can separate and recover the garlic skin and stems during the processing. This machine features a compact structure, stable performance, time and energy-saving operation, low wear, and is easy to use and maintain.

Applications

Daily Maintenance
1. After washing the knife or cleaning parts that come into contact with food, you must dry them with a dry cloth before reassembling them onto the machine;
2. The spindle of the knife needs to be lubricated and maintained with edible oil. If the knife becomes dull, it can be disassembled and sharpened with an oilstone;3. Every six months, add engine oil to the reducer box, and every quarter, add lubricating oil to the machine's bearings, chains, gears, and other transmission components.
