Purpose

Electric heat jacketed pan mainly used for stirring while heating food processing,its working principle is through the exothermic electric heating tube, heating, heat conduction oil heating to transfer heat to the pot of food, play boiled, fried cooking purposes. Widely used in food processing plants, restaurant kitchens, laboratories, etc.

Main structure principle

1.This equipment is a series of products, mainly by the pot body, air intake, drainage, dumping, mixing, and the frame and other parts of the composition.

2.The body part is welded with the inner and outer pot body. The inner pot body adopts 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel plate, an outer pot body flanging part adopts 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel plate,According to the provisions of GB150-1998, with full penetration structure (seam coefficient =0.85) manufacturing. Outside the pot body welding with the air inlet baffle and drain pipe. There is a material taking over in the lower part of the vertical boiler body, and all the welds shall be carried out in the nondestructive examination.

3.Water / oil part by the the globe valve, feed / water bucket, vent valve and so on；

4.The drainage part is made of a water drain / drain valve;

5.Tilting part is made up of worm wheel, worm wheel, hand wheel and bearing base;

6.Mixing part by the motor, the pin wheel reducer, the bridge plate or bracket,  extended shaft,

connecting Set, blade and support, etc;

7.Tilting work frame by the oil cup, bearing seat, bracket and pull rod;

8.The vertical frame is made of steel, welded with the outer pot body.
