Purpose

Features

The batching tank uses 220V/380V power as the heat source, and the interlayer is provided with an electric heating rod. The heat conducting oil can be up to 150 degrees, and is controlled by an external power supply. The utility model has the characteristics of large heating area, high heat efficiency, uniform heating and short boiling time of liquid material.

Main structure principle

The equipment is made up of tank, cover, mixing and feeding port. The material is SUS304；

There is stirring slurry in the tank, stirring when it is working, and there is a thermometer on the top to show the temperature inside the tank；

The top of the tank is equipped with a reducer which drives the stirring slurry and can be removed and cleaned；

The mixing tank of a feeding port, a clean port, and can be connected to the pipe, easy to connect various ingredients,With a discharge port below, and fitted with a discharge valve, stirring evenly, open the discharge valve handle 90 degrees, can be feeding, after discharge, close the discharge valve, to achieve the purpose of mixing evenly.
