The machine adopts roller extruding forcedly presses to extract juice.
This machine is suitable for kumquat, lemon, gruel, orange, pineapple, ginger, passion fruit, dragon fruit, mangosteen, citrus and so on for extracting the juice. The fruit does not need to be peeled and need no grading.
This machine is made of frame、reducer、inlet、two sets of blades, two sets of feed roller, two groups of press roller , the juice outlet, slag outlet and other components. the main working principle: turn on the power, the material into the hopper, 1 # feed roller auxiliary feed, 1 # and 2 # two blade slices of fruit, and then 2 # feed roller put the fruit into1 # press roll and 2 # press roll to extract the juice.（1 # press roller can be adjusted up and down by the gap device to control the amount of fruit juice），Juice and part of the pulp from the juice outlet discharge, peel and slag from the hopper discharge, so as to achieve the purpose of juice. The equipment is made of all stainless steel except the transmission parts.
