Product Description

1. Check whether the connections between the rotor components are firm and reliable, and whether the motor direction is consistent with the label. Then add No.20 mechanical oil to the bearings at both ends before starting the machine;

2. Add the material evenly and do not impact it. Adjust the helix angle of the scraper and the gap between the scraper and the sieve appropriately according to the specific situation of slag and slurry discharge, so that the juice content of the slag meets the process requirements.

3. Shutdown: After the motor stops rotating, pul off the main brake. Do not open the front cover of the cylinder when the rotor has not stopped rotating. The material undergoes fermentation and deterioration inside the machine, and the lubricating part loses oil. When cleaning, open the front cover of the cylinder and unscrew the tension screw at the spline end to easily extract the rotor components, and the screen mesh can be directly removed.
