1. TQ vacuum membrane degassing unit: first, inject 2 / 3 tap water into the circulating water tank, then close all valves, start the vacuum pump to vacuumize the vacuum degasser, adjust the water inlet valve of the vacuum pump to adjust the vacuum degree in the tank to the best effect (gauge pressure - 0.085 ~ -0.093mpa), then open the feed valve, and under the vacuum condition, suck the materials into the tank, and the materials are rotated from the spray pipe Turn to spray on the fixed film machine, form the film automatically, Degas the air in the material, observe the sight glass, when the material is submerged in the sight glass by 1 / 2, start the discharge pump, control the feed valve and discharge valve of the discharge pump, and maintain the balance of the incoming and outgoing materials, so as to realize continuous production.
2. LTQ type vacuum centrifugal membrane degassing unit: first fill the circulating water tank with about 2 / 3 volume of tap water, then close all valves, start the vacuum pump to vacuumize the vacuum degasser, adjust the water inlet valve of the vacuum pump to adjust the vacuum degree in the tank to the best effect (gauge pressure - 0.085 ~ -0.093mpa), then open the feed valve and start the centrifugal membrane, and suck the materials into the tank in the vacuum state The material is sprayed on the centrifugal film lifter by rotation from the spraying pipe, and the film is formed by falling on the lifter, and the air in the material is degassed. Observe the sight glass. When the material submerges 1 / 2 of the sight glass, start the discharge pump, control the discharge valve of the feed valve and the discharge pump, and maintain the balance of the material in and out to achieve continuous production.
