Structure

The equipment is composed of wall panel (frame), master-slave drive device, reducer, conveying chain plate, tensioning device, adjusting foot, feeding hopper, discharging hopper, etc;

Working principle

The material enters the belt conveyor belt from the feeding hopper. Under the drive reducer driving the chains on both sides of the conveyor belt, the material is slowly transported forward by the chain plate conveyor belt or scraper. The anti deviation bar design is set on both sides, and the reinforced support rail is set at the bottom to effectively prolong the service life of the chain. The driven wheel is equipped with a tension device, and the support foot is provided with a 0-50 mm fine-tuning structure The machine and conveyor belt are made of SUS304 stainless steel.
