The separator consists of the following main parts: transmission device, drum, feeding and discharging device, water distribution mechanism, and machine base.
● Transmission device
The main purpose of the transmission device is to transmit the rotational power of the electric motor to the drum of the separator through a belt.
The transmission device includes: motor, pulley, belt, and drum shaft.
A pulley is installed on the motor shaft, which drives the drum shaft to rotate at high speed through the belt.
The drum shaft with small pulleys rotates through two radial spherical bearings. A drum is installed on the upper cone of the drum shaft. The upper support of the drum shaft relies on bearing seats and vibration reducing rubber rings. The shaft is also equipped with lubrication and air-cooled convection devices.
● Drum
The drum is the main working component of the separator, and it is through the drum that solid substances in the material are separated.
The drum is composed of the following parts: drum body, drum cover, main locking ring, piston, piston tray, disc holder (distributor), disc
Plate, pump chamber cover, centripetal pump, gravity lock ring, etc.
● Slag discharge chamber
The slag discharge chamber is a stainless steel welded structure, fixed around the separation drum, used to discharge solid substances discharged from the drum. Row
The slag chamber has a tangential interface, which is connected to the slag discharge bucket with a flange to facilitate the export of separated solid materials.
● Top cover of separator
The upper cover of the separator serves to protect the drum and is tightly pressed against the slag discharge chamber.
● Inlet outlet device
The inlet outlet device is used to inject materials into the drum of the separator and discharge the separated materials.
The inlet outlet device is installed on the top cover of the separator. The upper part of the inlet outlet device is longitudinally equipped with an inlet pipe for introducing the required liquid
The separated material flows out of the separated liquid through a horizontal outlet.
● Water distribution system
The water distribution mechanism is used to complete the up and down movement of the piston outside the drum, so that the liquid inside the drum forms two states of sealing and slag discharge
The structure consists of the following parts: solenoid valve, filter, spray seat, etc.
After the drum reaches its rated speed, open the solenoid valve to operate the water to enter the water distribution mechanism, flow through the filter and spray seat, spray into the bottom of the drum through the spray seat, and then pass through the sealed water circuit of the drum to the bottom of the piston (sealing chamber). Due to the centrifugal force, a huge hydraulic pressure is generated below the piston, supporting the piston to rise, making the nylon sealing ring on the piston tightly press against the sealing ring ring of the drum body, sealing the slag discharge port of the drum, and ensuring that the inner cavity of the drum is separated in a sealed state.
The material enters the distributor through the feed inlet pipe and is distributed to the disc group for separation. Under the action of centrifugal force, the solid object moves along the disc towards the drum wall Solid matter deposits in the sediment chamber around the drum.
In the working state, the slag chamber can be used for slag discharge. When more and more solid substances accumulate in the slag chamber of the rotary drum, a certain amount of operating water (adjusted by the duration of opening the solenoid valve) is also introduced into the water distribution mechanism. When the water fills the sealing chamber, it will enter the slag discharge chamber at the top of the piston through the slag discharge water channel. When both chambers are filled with water at the same time, due to the pressure in the slag discharge chamber being greater than the pressure in the sealing chamber, under the pressure difference, the piston quickly moves downward, exposing the slag discharge port. At this time, the solid substances and some materials are thrown out of the rotary drum body by centrifugal force, enter the slag discharge chamber and flow out through the slag discharge outlet. At this time, the operation water stops entering the slag discharge chamber, and the water in the slag discharge chamber instantly flows through the slag discharge chamber measuring hole Discharge, the pressure decreases accordingly, and the piston rises instantly after descending, sealing the slag discharge port of the drum and putting the equipment back into a sealed state, Continuous production can be carried out again, with repeated sealing and slag removal processes.
