The elevator feeds material into the star valve,the scraper of star valve feeds the material into the machine, then material is propelled by the screw conveyor to the discharge, during the material propulsion process, pray 4-5 Bar steam onto the material, it usually takes 30 to 120 seconds to heat the pulp to a thickness of 1-2mm. Features & Advantages
Steam peeling machine is a new type of fruit and vegetable peeling equipment. Currently, the traditional peeling methods on the market include chemical agent peeling and grinding wheel roller peeling. Chemical agent peeling has high operating costs, leaves drug residues, affects the quality of fruits and vegetables, and pollutes the environment. The grinding wheel roller peeling method causes significant wear on the flesh, leading to waste, fails to clean the pits on the surface of fruits and vegetables, and results in low peeling efficiency. The steam peeling machine introduces high-temperature and high-pressure saturated steam (e.g., 200°C, 1.2MPa) into a closed steam cooking tank, creating a high-temperature and high-pressure environment inside. It briefly (for a few seconds) heats and steams the skin layer of tuber-like fruits, after which the saturated steam is rapidly expelled from the tank through the steam outlet, returning the tank to normal temperature and pressure.
This completes the "high-temperature and high-pressure instantaneous steam peeling, normal temperature and pressure" steaming and peeling process. This process achieves rapid expansion and contraction of the fruit and vegetable skin through sudden heating and cooling, disrupting the adhesion between the skin and the flesh, forcing them to separate. Additionally, the high-pressure saturated steam penetrates the skin, and during the rapid expulsion and return to normal pressure, the steam suddenly expands, "pushing apart" the skin and flesh, achieving an expansion peeling effect. Furthermore, the smooth inflow and outflow of steam ensure that the entire heating and pressurization process is instantaneous, causing only the skin to peel off under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, while the flesh remains at its original temperature, preserving its original flavor. Moreover, the steam cooking tank is equipped with a mixer, ensuring even heating of the tuber-like fruits within the tank, preventing the flesh from being scorched, and making feeding and discharging convenient.
Applications
Steam peeling can quickly remove the skin from stem vegetables and fruits, significantly increasing the yield compared to traditional peeling methods. The special design of the pressure chamber uses pure physical steam for peeling, replacing chemical agents, thus preserving the original quality of the product!
Daily Maintenance
1. After washing the knife or cleaning parts that come into contact with food, you must dry them with a dry cloth before reassembling them onto the machine;
2. The spindle of the knife needs to be lubricated and maintained with edible oil. If the knife becomes dull, it can be disassembled and sharpened with an oilstone;3. Every six months, add engine oil to the reducer box, and every quarter, add lubricating oil to the machine's bearings, chains, gears, and other transmission components.
