Overview
1. This machine is chain plate continuous precooking and softening treatment equipment. In order to improve the pulp yield and pulp quality of fruit and prevent browning, all kinds of fruits and vegetables must be softened before pulping or juicer;
2. The purpose of pre-cooking softening is to change the precooking time through speed regulation to adapt to the softening of different fruits and vegetables: ① to destroy the activity of enzymes and prevent browning and fresh pectin; ② to soften the pulp tissue to facilitate pulping and sugar penetration; ③ to dissolve the pectin in the pulp tissue to facilitate the processing of the next process.

Product structure
The equipment is mainly composed of chain plate conveying, water tank rack, steam heating device, temperature control system, exhaust hood, main transmission device, tensioning device, etc. Except for transmission reducer, motor and electrical appliances, others are made of SUS304 stainless steel.
Working principle
The steam enters the jacket and transfers heat through the shell surface to heat the materials in the water tank. The materials are fed from the feeding port, pushed and precooked by the chain plate conveyor, and then sent out from the elevator outlet.
Product features
1. The machine is mainly heated by steam, and the heating temperature is controllable from room temperature to 98 ℃;
2. The heat source of steam heating is steam, which is controlled by angle seat valve, saving steam and heating fast;
3. Keep the temperature evenly heated, and the equipment is equipped with insulation layer and hot water tank;
4. The temperature adopts automatic temperature control device, which is safe and reliable;
5. Under the effect of chain plate transportation, the materials enter the precooking box orderly, and after they are blanched, blanched or digested with high-temperature water as the medium, so as to meet the requirements of product blanching;
6. The equipment is equipped with double-layer mesh belt (both the upper and lower parts of the equipment are equipped with mesh belt to ensure that the materials are immersed in the pool), effectively pressing all the materials into hot water, so that the materials can be heated evenly;
7. The conveyor mesh belt is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which has high strength, small scalability, is not easy to deform, is easy to maintain, runs stably, and has low noise. When discharging, it is equipped with a mesh belt lifting device, and is automatically transported to the next process;
8. The external equipment is equipped with thermal insulation device to reduce heat loss and save energy;
9. The upper end of the equipment is provided with a steam outlet, and the excess waste gas is discharged from the body;
10. The speed of the mesh belt can be adjusted at a constant speed. The equipment is equipped with a starting angle seat valve. When the temperature in the water tank decreases, steam will be automatically added. When the temperature in the water tank reaches the set temperature, it will be automatically closed;
