This equipment introduces advanced foreign technology and is mainly used for high-temperature steam blanching, blanching, pre-cooking and softening treatment of materials in the deep processing of agricultural and sideline products. It features blanching (blanching), fast pre-cooking and softening time, high efficiency, uniform feeding, even heating, and is less likely to damage the materials, etc.
It is widely used for blanching (blanching) and pre-cooking softening of diced or sliced fruits and vegetables such as peaches, apples, diced potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes and pears.

☆ It is equipped with a flash steam scalding pressure chamber, a vacuum negative pressure blasting chamber, a steam cooling separation device, a condenser and a vacuum pumping device, an operation platform, steam components, a control system, etc.
☆ Feeding can be achieved by using a lifting machine (with mechanical speed regulation).
☆ It imitates imported star valves to achieve feeding and discharging. The star valve adopts copper hard seals, with the shell and rotor materials being SUS304. The seals at both ends are graphite packing, and it is equipped with a water cooling device.
☆ Each inlet and outlet connection area is equipped with a water sealing device, effectively reducing the amount of steam leakage and allowing for a small amount of steam leakage.
☆ Advanced condensation flash vacuum technology is adopted to create a vacuum negative pressure inside the pressure chamber, effectively enhancing the peeling effect.
☆ The steam inlet and outlet are equipped with inlet pressure reducing valves, temperature sensors and temperature PID automatic control devices, etc.
☆ Vacuum separation chamber condenser, equipped with a spray device;
☆ The cylindrical body is driven by a screw conveyor to move the material forward. The steam pressure inside is 2-5 bar, and the stoppage time of the material in it is regulated by frequency conversion.
☆ The entire process can be continuously produced, featuring high efficiency, high peeling rate and low material loss rate.
☆ This equipment is made of SUS304 stainless steel except for the frame, condenser, operation platform, water ring vacuum pump, all transmission components and steam inlet and outlet assemblies.
This equipment is composed of a frame, a main unit, star valves for feeding and discharging, various transmission components, a control cabinet, etc. (for details, please refer to the structural diagram).
The materials are sent in batches into the feeding star valve by the user-provided elevator. The materials are then pushed into the screw screen by the scraper of the feeding star valve and discharged towards the discharge end. They are controlled to be discharged by the discharging star valve. During the material pushing process, 5 to 10Bar of steam is sprayed onto the materials in the pressure chamber to achieve the purpose of high-temperature blanching (blanching) or pre-boiling and softening of the materials with steam.
The processing capacity and blanching (blanching) or pre-boiling softening time can all be controlled by variable frequency speed regulation according to the user's requirements.
